What is your return window?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re in like-new condition with original packaging and accessories.

How do I start a return?

Go to your account order history (or your order confirmation email) and follow the return instructions. If you need help, contact support.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Some items may be non-returnable for safety or licensing reasons (for example: opened software, digital downloads, or certain hygiene-sensitive products). Any exceptions are listed on the product page.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

If you need a different color or model, the fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order. We’re happy to help you choose the right replacement.
